How long will it take for my lighting fixtures to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for in-stock items. For specialized or handmade designer pieces, lead times may vary between 2-4 weeks. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order departs our warehouse.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed lighting fixtures cannot be returned for a refund unless they are found to be defective.
Do your light fixtures come with bulbs included?
Most of our decorative fixtures do not include bulbs to allow you to choose your preferred color temperature and brightness. However, integrated LED fixtures come with the light source built-in. Please check the 'Specifications' section on the product page for details.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Amos Lighting products come with a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty covering electrical defects and craftsmanship. Some premium brands may offer extended coverage up to five years.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, we provide detailed wiring diagrams and instructions with every purchase. We strongly recommend hiring a certified electrician to ensure your fixtures are installed safely and according to local building codes.
